I follow the instructions from the training and discovered that everything is true and works. It's a training that really gains something for yourself. Company fitness trainer Susie gave our employees an office yoga workout during mental health month and led a morning yoga workout. Both of them helped to give our employees a necessary recreation break and gave ideas on how to do the same later on independently. It was nice that both our employees in the office and virtually all those who work remotely could take part in both. Susie also gave a lecture on increasing positive emotions and gave our employees tips on how to set up their desks ergonomically. Both lectures had a good practical orientation and gave the employees good tips that they could start implementing right away.

The 15-minute office yoga organized as part of Health Month was a great break for our office to do together. The employees gave very positive feedback right after the end of the training. Coach Kaili was very sweet and professional, the exercises were relaxingly easy and the mood was fun. In the video window, the trainer may have felt alone, but in reality everyone was exercising privately in their own rooms. Thanks again and we will definitely do it again!
