Our Wellness Week is designed to bring teams together with one common goal – to improve the health and wellbeing for all in the workplace by sharing and learning together. We offer wellness weeks on-site or online so that even remote workers can join in and take part in the sessions with other fellow co-workers. Teams also receive inspiring and educational tips and tricks to keep teams engaged and motivated throughout the whole week via our mailing list.
We provide one-on-one sessions for those who would like to learn more in depth or wish to continue training further.
Our main goal is to raise awareness about mental health, overcome the stigma of mental illness and encourage teams to focus on their inner peace and to take care of themselves and others.
