Welcome to Firmafitness blog!
I’ll start from the beginning: who am I?
I have a Law degree from University of Tartu, I’ve also improved my legal knowledge in Germany and in the United States, and practiced my legal knowledge in law firms. In addition, I have studied German language and literature at the University of Tartu and also have a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science.
After graduating from law school, I worked in a law firm and, as a hobby, did fitness coaching. One day I got a call from Germany (I studied to be a personal trainer in Germany). I and my actions were noticed and invited to join their team. I decided to turn my hobby into a career. I worked in a private studio where I dealt with many different people. My clients included both ultramarathon runners and even people with prosthetics. Basketball players, tennis players, office people – all kinds of different people. Our team used various training exercises as a therapy method. We didn’t just help people build muscle or burn fat, we also helped improve joint movement, flexibility, and quality of life. Later, I started coaching office fitness and group training in large companies in Germany. 2016. In the summer of 2016, I moved back to Estonia and now I continue 100% with coaching. My goal is to make people more productive and focused in the workplace, as well as to bring joy, positivity and healthy movement.
I have many hobbies… I have been playing the piano and the guitar for over ten years, and have been involved in dancing and horseback riding. I know 7 languages, 4 of which I speak fluently. I started going to the gym in high school, which increased my interest in muscle building, maximum strength and healthy eating. In 2013, I started doing arm wrestling, and in 2015 became the arm wrestling champion. Now I am a 6x Estonian arm wrestling champion and also the strongest female arm wrestler in Estonia.
Keep an eye on our next posts 🙂
