Thus, mental health affects the way we experience ourselves, others, and the environment around us, which in turn affects our stress levels, decision making, and relationships with coworkers and other people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mental health is a state of well-being that enables us to cope with the stress of everyday life, realize our abilities and work productively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, ask yourself if you know how you are doing mentally. Answer the following questions to find the answers:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* What would my loved ones say if they were asked how I am?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* How much time per week do I spend on work, entertainment, spending time with loved ones and my hobbies?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Am I effective in time management?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* How effective am I in setting and meeting goals?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* What is my inner voice like? Can I reframe negative thoughts into positive ones?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Can I encourage and recognize myself?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Can I relax?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Often, it is the ability to plan time, or rather the lack of it, that is one of the major influences on mental well-being. Living in a constant time crunch increases stress levels. For example, spending long hours at work does not leave enough time for enjoyable activities or spending time with loved ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But how do we recognize when we have gone too far?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the help of the following bulletpoints, you can assess whether you have all the signs of good mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Signs of good mental health are:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* ability to communicate with people;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* the ability and desire for mutual relationships and the expression of personal feelings;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* the ability to learn, work, participate in social life and strive for success;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* making an effort to overcome difficulties;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* the ability to distinguish between one&#8217;s world of thought and external reality, even in difficult situations and under stress;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* social independence;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* individual creativity;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* mental flexibility, the ability to protect oneself from harmful factors even in difficult conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What do you think? Are all the signs of good mental health present? If you feel that you could not answer all the points positively, it may not be a mental health problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read below when it is a mental health problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mental health issues<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a person feels sad, is it a passing mood or a disorder? A mental disorder means that negative or disturbing feelings and corresponding behavior do not go away, but begin to interfere with coping with everyday life. Then it is necessary to seek help from either a psychiatrist or a family doctor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A longer period of sadness can occur during the dark winter period. It is very common for people to feel sad in late autumn and get rid of this feeling in spring or early summer.
