Did you know that many back and hip problems can be caused by physical inactivity and prolonged sitting? You probably knew&#8230; But what would be the solution?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The solution is to take small breaks. Get up and move every once in a while, or better yet, do a little exercise in the office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to better health, exercise in the middle of the working day helps to increase your professional capacity &#8211; you are more productive, you can plan your time better, you are a better communicator and in the evening you feel that the day has gone more smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mental capacity is largely related to physical health and affects your ability to cope with daily work. When you are healthy, you are better able to perform even the most difficult tasks, both in hard physical work and in a job that requires a lot of thinking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you plan regular exercise into your daily routine, you will improve your:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ability to concentrate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">memory;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">learning ability;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mental balance;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">creativity;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stress tolerance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treat exercise as a necessary tool &#8211; the more you move during the day, the healthier you are both physically and mentally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>So, don&#8217;t forget to take breaks and move!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Working with a computer in the office every day requires a lot of sitting, often up to 8 hours in a row!
