However, the golf ball is too small for this exercise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I recommend starting with the exercise with the ball and then doing the stretching exercise afterwards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is good to perform the exercise against a wall or a door.
