How to save health during stress?
Do you like to eat? Do you sometimes feel guilty after a meal? Do you love food, but often eat so fast that you don't notice the size of the quantities? Are you eating when you're hungry or when you’re bored?
In a stressful time, making healthy choices for many at the table is causing additional stress. Be it appetizing advertising, looking out for a computer screen or looking for food - all of them can be brought under control by raising awareness and doing practical exercises.
In the lecture, we will highlight the main situations where the health of stress tends to remain in the background and together with the attendees we will find the answers and solutions that are intertwined with our daily rhythm. The goal is to give as practical and handy an overview as possible of what is already hidden in all of us.
